كل شي رائع وفي منتهى الرقي وسرعة اجراءات الدخول والخروج وسرعة الاستجابه و تلبية طلب الضيف ، ابتسامة جميع الموظفين وهدوء الفندق و قمة نظافة الغرف

Fantastic 5 night stay - great room, great food, great spa and great staff.
Good stay but want to raise concerns about breakfast: we weren't informed about the buffet,thought it's only ala carte so when arrived to the restaurant got only ala carte menu...no time for additional selection Staff never informed us about it,pity as food looks nice there The same for top up service like coffee-long wait till the waiter will serve Second thing the bar-no space and no service-maybe increase the capacity ..?? End up at the old town for drinks

Amazing location
Having stayed at raffles Singapore raffles Warsaw was the only option for our stay in Warsaw! And it was great! Hotels located is perfect if you wanna stay close to everything- the old town and the new modern shopping centre. We stayed for husbands birthday and they organized a birthday cake for him which was delish by the way! The butler service and the complimentary tea and coffee for our room were a great addition. We didn’t use the humidor or the long bar but they both looked great! The only thing I can pick on is the mini fridge charge for items we haven’t used but other then that it was such a great trip away that we’ve booked another stay in two months time.

From the minute we walked through the door EVERY staff member went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We travel a lot and get involved in many areas of hospitality, and l cant recall a better experience from an entire team! Our room was extremely comfortable and clean - this is definitely a full 5 star accommodation venue.
